End-User License Agreement (EULA) of DesktopAssist
This agreement explains the terms for installing and using DesktopAssist software supplied by CUNICULUS Rafal Krolikowski.
License Grant
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software on devices under your control.
Restrictions
- You may not modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software.
- You may not resell the software or use it in a way that breaches applicable law.
- The software and intellectual property rights remain the property of CUNICULUS Rafal Krolikowski.
Termination
The agreement continues until terminated and ends immediately if you fail to comply with its terms.
